ViralPond.com terms are very simple. Words such as 'Viral Pond' is referring to ViralPond.com. Terms such as 'member', 'affiliate' and 'affiliate member', are used in reference to the same.

Viral Pond allows members to enroll free. Viral Pond members can choose to upgrade for a one time fee.

Viral Pond will pay free members approximately 20% affiliate commissions on those members they directly sponsor that upgrade to paid member. Viral Pond will pay paid members approximately 40% affiliate commissions on those members they directly sponsor that upgrade to paid member.

Viral Pond cannot be held liable for website errors or any loss of income. Viral Pond cannot guarantee error free website or 100% uptime.

Viral Pond may use examples in displaying the amount of income that may be earned. Viral Pond makes no claims as to how much money you will earn, if anything.

Viral Pond does not sell or rent your information. Viral Pond does not ask for highly private information such as social security information. Viral Pond only requires your name, email address, and password for enrollment. Viral Pond utilizes secure payment processing through our merchant accounts such as paypal and e-gold.

Viral Pond affiliate members may request commissions when they have a minimum of $10 earnings.

Spam Policy

Viral Pond does not tolerate spam.

Any affiliate member found guilty of spam, will have their Viral Pond membership deleted and all accumulated earnings forfeited.

Paid affiliate members have access to the email downline feature. The email downline feature is to be used for Viral Pond help and welcome ONLY! The Viral Pond email downline feature is not to be used for promoting.

To report spam, send a copy with all headers of the spam received to our support department.
